Dear friends,
I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the great holiday – Victory Day. We deeply bow to the veterans of the Great Patriotic War living today for their feat and resilience! For all subsequent generations, this is all the more a holiday – a holiday of life, a holiday of gratitude, and a holiday of responsibility. In fact, if it were not for the feat of millions of soldiers who defeated Nazism in 1945, today we would not be talking about the very possibility of the existence for a huge number of peoples of Europe, including the Ukrainian people. Remembering this, we bow our heads in memory of those who did not return from the battlefield, and of those to whom fate gave the opportunity to relish the glory of the victors. Neither time, nor the change of generations, nor new political trends are able to rewrite the history and devalue the Victory itself.
